We’re the oldest bird club in Aotearoa, proudly active since the 1880s. Our members care for a wide variety of birds including canaries, budgies, zebra finches, quail, parrots, and more.

Whether you’re an experienced breeder or just getting started, you’ll find a warm welcome, knowledgeable mentors, and a calendar full of engaging events throughout the year.

New members are always welcome! Come along to a club night or one of our bird shows and meet like-minded enthusiasts. There’s always something to learn — and plenty of feathered fun to be had!
